From day one, friendship has been our foundation, the bedrock of how Eltrino was built and how we work today. Our CEO and CTO, both ex-core Magento developers, have known each other since school, studied together at university, and later worked side by side on the Magento platform itself.
After four years at Magento, they founded Eltrino in 2011. What started as a small, close-knit team quickly grew but never lost its human core. Eltrino has always been a company where strong internal relationships matter. That spirit of friendship extends to our clients, too.

Igor has been building complex backend solutions since 2010, with deep experience in PHP architecture, third-party integrations, big data processing, Magento customizations, and Symfony-based systems. Before joining Eltrino in 2012, he worked in the Professional Services team at Magento Inc. and as an independent consultant. Known for his superior architectural thinking, Igor designs systems that are scalable, stable, and built to last.
With 20+ years in software development and Magento experience since 2007, Dmytro was part of the original Magento core team and played a key role in shaping the platform. There might be problems Dmytro can’t solve but so far, we haven’t found any.
Nikita has been working with Magento and at Eltrino since 2016. Though frontend-focused, his Magento 2 frontend and backend certifications make him a true full-stack developer. He’s been leading the frontend on the eva.ua project since 2019, working with Vue Storefront and Magento theme development.

We’re looking for a business-oriented Project Manager with a strong technical background and experience in eCommerce. You’ll play a key role in delivering successful Magento and Shopify projects, from the quote stage to go-live and ongoing support.
This role requires leadership, communication skills, and the ability to work closely with both clients and cross-functional teams. You’ll be responsible for keeping projects on track while ensuring the solutions we build truly match client needs.
